1. Log into the game server and select the channel labeled "RECOVERY!"

2. Change the pin to be the same as the pin you have set into the main channel. Leave the "Previous PIN" blank (if this is your first time recovering).

3. Come back to this page and fill out this form. If your pins are the same you should have no issues changing your password.

4. When you are done recovering be sure to set your recovery pin to something different, but be sure to write it down and save it somewhere safe since you will need it to change your password again. 

Also note that if you just created a new character you will have to wait 24 hours before you can use that character to change your password.
